Ashley Gibbs FIH - Executive Director
Ashley Gibbs has 22 years experience covering residential community management and remote site accommodation facilities management in both onshore and offshore environments. He is accomplished in tendering and business development, project-managing the start-up of new projects and implementing and auditing quality management and financial control systems which are compliant with international standards. He has a proven track-record in training multi-cultural workforces in meeting the expectations of their customers and clients.
Andrew Sutherland MBA FIH - Marketing Director
Andrew spent the first part of his career as Deputy General Manager of a luxury safari lodge in Kenya where his responsibilities included purchasing and logistics management, staff recruitment and training and the development of the Quality Management System. He then went on to join Executive Outward Bound as Operations Director, a company specialising in providing outward bound team-building and incentive programmes in Peru, Kenya and Thailand primarily to the energy and resources industries. He was responsible for planning, organising and delivering the programmes. Andrew holds a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management and an MBA.
Lee Davis - Operations Director
Lee was a British Army Logistics Officer from 1986-2000 and operated extensively overseas including the Arabian Gulf, the Balkans and Northern Ireland. During this time he acquired a high level of expertise in planning and managing catering and support services under extreme operational pressures with limited resources, and in supply chain management and planning while posted in Germany. Upon leaving the Armed Forces Lee joined a leading international remote site facility services contractor in South East Asia as General Manager - Operations leading the operations management team at high-profile oil and gas and mining projects with international clients. During this time Lee was managing 25 geographically dispersed locations, 800 employees and 10,000 customers.
Martin Beacom FIH - Senior Consultant
Martin has over 30 years experience in hotel, on-site service solutions, providing catering and life support functions and administration of foreign workforces. Involved in training, quality control, food service, purchasing and residential developmnent. He has a strong entrepreneurial flair to combine strategic, marketing and financial skills to increase the business with tact and sensitivity to culture of the company and country concerned. Martin places a strong emphasis on corporate citzenship pertaining to the development of the community in which the operation is located.
James Anderson FIH MRSPH - Senior Consultant
James Anderson has 35 years experience remote site food and facilities management in conflict areas, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Early career experience includes Merchant Navy catering management, Head Chef in UK hotels and restaurants and offshore North Sea both in senior operations roles and as General Management. Other projects include, New Projects coordinator based in Lugano Switzerland. HCIMA membership, RIPH Diploma in Food Hygiene and Safety and the Chartered institute of Environmental Health, Trainers course and certificate.
